With over three decades of experience in the hospitality and retail field, David P. Stimmler strongly believes that “People may doubt what you say, but they will always believe what you do”.    Dave is clearly an individual that has accomplished success as stated in his beliefs.  His track record takes him from the Dish Room to the Board Room. 

Most recently, Dave has served as the President & Chief Operating Officer for Sub K Holdings, LLC and Sub Linc Acquisition, LLC both Subway Franchisees with over 40 restaurants located in  New England.  Prior to this role, Dave was the Chief Operating Officer of Tealuxe Inc, a Tea Bar and Cafe specialty chain based in Boston, Massachusetts.  

Prior to moving to New England, Dave was the Vice President of Operations for Mid-Atlantic Restaurant Systems, a Philadelphia based Boston Market franchisee.  This  start up operation turned into the most profitable franchise in the system encompassing over 175-units in seven states with annualized sales of over $250 million.  In 1998, Dave was recognized with the Presidential Award for his part in achieving sales and profit goals which led the organization to be named the Area Developer of the Year. 

From 1982 through 1992, he was employed by the Defense Logistics Agency where he was responsible for the Morale, Welfare & Recreation needs for the Armed Forces assigned to the Defense Personnel Support Center.  In this position, he strategically implemented and oversaw restaurants, club service, living quarters and recreation centers for civilian and military personnel. 

Former positions include Regional Director of Operations in New England for Friendly’s Restaurants, General Manager of Steak & Ale, Casa Maria Mexican Restaurants and Ground Round Restaurants. 

He is a proud U.S. Naval Nuclear Submarine Veteran and a recipient of the covenant Silver Dolphins.  Mr. Stimmler is an accomplished runner completing several marathons and resides with his wife Kathy of 35 years in New Boston, New Hampshire.
